Hello, Vietnam!

I celebrated turning forty on a fabuous cruise ship with my mother in the far east. I loved Vietnam and hope to bring Kevin, Maddie and the boys someday. I often stop at a nearby restaurant (and I use the term loosely) for bubble tea, spring rolls and chicken pho. Now that Maddie is eating "real food", she can join me. And, hooray! My daughter loves pho and spring rolls. Vietnam, here we come!
